Mineral Resources Limited seeks a Mining Supervisor to lead a high-performing crew on our Iron Ore project at Lamb Creek. You will report to the Mining Superintendent, drive safe and efficient operations, and manage up to 30–40 operators across shifts.
This hands-on leadership role requires solid safety focus and accountability, with a 7 days on / 7 nights on / 7 days off (2/1) roster, FIFO from Perth, and growth opportunities through training and leadership development.
