- 3 to 6 Years of SuccessFactors with minimum 2 End-End-To Implementations in Recruiting and Onboarding

2. Certified in SuccessFactors Recruitingand Onboarding

3. Experience with all SuccessFactors Recruiting configurations associated with Job Requisitions, Applications, Candidate Profiles, Offers, Position Management integration, Applicant Statuses and Employee Central to Recruiting integrations

4. Should understand Recruiting Posting, Job boards and Social Media platform to make the system design more efficient as per employer branding.

5. Positive understanding of Recruiting processes

6. Hands on experience in RCM Data Models customization

7. Experience with Ad hoc reporting and Story reports

8. Ability to work in multiple projects same time

9. Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks

10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely
