You will champion the CSL Operating System, lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives, and partner with senior leaders to generate measurable business value across the site value stream.

Two complementary profiles are sought: an experienced continuous improvement expert and an emerging leader with a solid improvement mindset and learning agility.
