The Senior Customer Readiness Advisor role focuses on preparing stations, customers and stakeholders for milestones, ensuring wayfinding, signage and accessibility are fit for use before services commence.

You will perform site inspections, reviews, audits and testing to identify and resolve issues affecting customer experience.
