Wellways Australia is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee the Youth Community Living Support Services (YCLSS) at the Local Health District level in Newcastle West, NSW. You will supervise staff, ensure secure, evidence-based supports, and manage governance, budgets, and contracts under the Program Coordinator's direction.
You will also build stakeholder relationships, carry a small YCLSS caseload, and support participants toward transition to adulthood through intensive development work.
