About the role
As a Trainee Administration Officer, you’ll:
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, guidelines, templates, and forms.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Isaac residents including answering phones and providing face‑to‑face support as required.
- Assist Team Leaders, Overseers, and Coordinators with administration, procurement, and financial support.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and seminars.
- Undertake other administration duties as required.
The role at a glance
Type: Fixed Term – 12 months
Hours: Full‑time, 72.5 hours per fortnight
Rate: $36.33 per hour
Roster: Monday to Friday, 9‑day fortnight (hello long weekends!)
Who we’re looking for:
No prior administration experience is required – just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have solid communication skills and enjoy helping people.
- Are organised, proactive, and able to work in a team.
- Are confident using basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
- Have completed Year 10 or higher.
- Hold a current driver’s licence (desirable but not essential).
