- Caseload: 90% NDIS | 10% HCP & CHSP
- Diverse Caseload: Support clients aged 17-60 (with the option to expand into paediatrics), delivering FCA reports, AT assessments, wheelchair prescription, minor home mods, and post-stroke rehab.
- Mobile & Community-Focused: Service clients locally from the Northern Beaches to Gordonvale, with occasional visits to Yarrabah.

- Outreach Opportunities: Take part in monthly outreach to First Nations communities across Cape York, WIPA, and NT (reporting/assessment only).

- Experienced OT Team: Senior OT has 10 years generalist experience, the other OT has 3 years experience.

- Manageable Caseload: Maximum 5.2 Billables a day (per 38 hour week)

Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
