Programmed Skilled Workforce is recruiting for a Counterbalance Operator to support a national FMCG client in Crestmead, Brisbane. The role involves rotating Day/Afternoon shifts, RF scanning with possible voice-picking systems, and working in a cold room (1–3°C).

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, adhering to safety and D&A; requirements, and maintaining reliability with repetitive lifting of 15–20 kg. A forklift licence is essential.
