NSW Department of Customer Service – Parramatta NSW is seeking a Project Officer on a temporary fulltime basis, Clerk Grade 7/8, with hybrid work and three days in the office. This role supports the F&D; Program Delivery team in a large digital transformation program aimed at improving customer experience.

You will coordinate streams, manage stakeholder relationships, prepare reports, and maintain risk and action registers while ensuring on-time delivery and budget alignment.
