Bolton Clarke is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to oversee maintenance across the Seabrook RAC – Deception Bay. The role ensures high standards of safety and appearance for residents, staff and visitors, with hands-on repairs and team leadership.
Reporting to the Regional Asset Manager, you will manage maintenance records, budgets and coordinate site staff while adhering to aged care WHS and legislative requirements. Requires Certificate IV or equivalent and valid Class C licence.
