We are seeking Casual Housekeepers to join our North Sydney Private Club. This is an opportunity to be part of a premium environment where attention to detail, immaculate presentation and exceptional standards are at the heart of everything we do.

The Opportunity

As a Housekeeper, you will play an essential role in delivering the exceptional setting our members expect, ensuring every space is beautifully presented, maintained and ready to welcome them.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation throughout the Private Club.
- Cleaning and resetting change rooms, Ancient Bathhouse, gym and shared member spaces.
- Ensuring towels, amenities and member essentials are consistently replenished.
- Proactively identifying and reporting maintenance or presentation issues.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to uphold our six‑star service standards.

About You





We are looking for individuals who take genuine pride in their work and understand that the smallest details make the biggest difference.

To be successful, you will bring:

- Previous housekeeping experience, ideally within luxury hotels, premium hospitality, spas or similar environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to the highest presentation standards.
- A proactive approach, strong time management and the ability to work autonomously.
- Professionalism, reliability and a genuine team‑first attitude.
- Flexibility to work a casual roster, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
