Our client is a leading global professional services organisation that is looking for a highly experienced and versatile Creative Graphic Designer to join their CBD Sydney team. Working across a range of business-critical communications, you will play an important role in elevating the quality and impact of creative work presented to clients and stakeholders.

This is a hands-on senior design role with a strong focus on proposals, pitch presentations, tender submissions and supporting marketing communications. You will work closely with internal teams to interpret detailed briefs, simplify complex information and develop visually compelling solutions that communicate clearly and professionally.

You will need to bring a strong creative eye alongside excellent technical execution, confidently managing projects from initial concept through to final delivery. The role requires someone who can go beyond standard corporate layouts, bringing fresh thinking, sophisticated typography and considered design to a wide variety of materials.





Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design and produce high-quality proposals, tender submissions and pitch presentations
- Transform complex, text-heavy information into explicit, engaging visual communications
- Create sophisticated corporate presentations, infographics, diagrams and reports
- Develop creative solutions across print, digital and marketing collateral
- Work closely with sales, bid management and internal stakeholders to interpret briefs
- Elevate the visual quality of client-facing materials while maintaining brand consistency
- Manage design projects independently from concept through to final production
- Balance multiple projects, competing deadlines and stakeholder requirements
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all creative deliverables

Your Experience:

- Extensive experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, Senior Integrated Designer or similar
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating sophisticated creative work across print and digital
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Outstanding typography, layout, composition and information design skills
- Experience designing high-end presentations, proposals, editorial layouts and marketing communications




- Ability to interpret complex information and communicate it through compelling visual design
- Strong creative judgement with the confidence to develop and recommend design solutions
- Excellent finished artwork, file preparation and production knowledge
- Confident collaborating with senior stakeholders and managing projects independently
- Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple deadlines
- Corporate, agency or professional services experience highly regarded

Highly Regarded:

- Motion graphics or animation experience
- Digital content and integrated design capabilities
- Art direction and broader creative campaign experience
- Experience working with complex corporate brands and communications
