The Blazing Stump Hotel in Wodonga is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee day-to-day operations.

This hands-on leadership role rewards high-quality food, team development and strong kitchen standards, with exposure to contemporary trends and up-to-date twists.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will rotate 5 days including lunch and dinner, lead by example, and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
