As a Senior Stylist you'll deliver curated cut, colour and styling work while giving every client a calm, personalised experience from consultation to farewell. You'll be supported by a structured and proven systems that lets you focus on your craft: online bookings through Fresha, a front-of-house team and explicit service standards.

Key responsibilities

Deliver high-quality cutting, colouring and styling

Lead thorough consultations and give confident, honest recommendations

Build and retain your own loyal client base

Recommend premium products that help clients maintain their results

Support junior team members and help keep the studio running smoothly

About you

3+ years' experience as a qualified hairdresser

Strong skills across cutting, colour and styling

Warm,



professional communication and a genuine love of client care

Pride in your presentation, hygiene and the details clients notice

An existing client base is welcome but not essential

$32–$42 per hour, based on experience, plus performance bonuses

Ongoing in-house and external education, including L'Oreal and Kérastase training
