Urbanscapes is seeking an experienced Project Manager with proven experience successfully managing multiple commercial landscaping and/or civil construction projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

- Independently manage multiple projects from commencement through to completion.
- Manage project budgets, costs, purchasing, variations and financial performance.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate supervisors, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers across multiple sites.
- Interpret construction plans, specifications, contracts and scopes of work.
- Oversee commercial hardscaping, softscaping, irrigation and associated civil works.
- Maintain strong client relationships and communicate regularly with senior management.
- Ensure WHS compliance, quality control and successful project delivery.

About you





- Proven project management experience in commercial landscaping, civil construction or a closely related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously.
- Strong experience in budgeting, programming, subcontractor coordination and variations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret detailed construction plans and specifications.
- Current driver's licence and Construction White Card.
- Relevant industry qualifications are highly regarded.
