Bravehearts Foundation Limited is seeking a Counselling Team Leader in Arundel, with the option for work from home. You will lead the Beyond Brave counselling service, supervise Clinicians/Therapeutic Case Managers and manage your own caseload providing trauma-informed counselling and support for Redress applications.

The role focuses on daily leadership, program development, risk management, and data reporting, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion and adherence to Bravehearts’ values.
