The Coles Group is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Business Partner to support the HSE Manager in delivering Manufacturing Health & Safety plans and key programs. You will implement, manage, and maintain health and wellbeing risk management programs across Retail Ready Operations sites.

You will work with site leadership to deliver the site strategy, facilitate the Return to Work program, and collaborate with medical practitioners to optimise recovery and return-to-work outcomes for injured team
