About the role

Natrio Pty Ltd is seeking a Graduate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting full-time opportunity based in our Adelaide office (SA 5000) for a recent graduate eager to launch their career in project management. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands‑on experience in delivering projects from conception through to completion. This role is pivotal in supporting the successful execution of our wide range of projects from engineering, civil and general operational execution whilst developing your own professional capabilities.

What you'll be doing

Supporting the planning, scheduling, and coordination of engineering projects

Assisting in the development and maintenance of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Monitoring project progress and identifying risks or potential delays

Liaising with project stakeholders, team members, and external partners to ensure effective communication

Maintaining accurate project documentation and records

Assisting with the preparation of project reports and status updates

Supporting the implementation of project management best practices and processes

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function

What we're looking for

A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities





Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Eagerness to learn and develop within the project management discipline

Desirable: an understanding of engineering project delivery methodologies

Willingness to embrace AI and everything Internet and of Things
