Sephora USA, Inc is seeking a Store Manager for the brand recent Hurstville store in Australia. The role reports to the District Manager and leads a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to deliver Sephora’s exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will drive selling culture, manage day-to-day operations, and develop internal talent while leveraging data to support strategic store decisions. Flexibility to work weekends and late hours is required.
