Palladium: Make It Possible is seeking a People and Culture Senior Manager for the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility program in Brisbane. You will lead a regional HR team, overseeing recruitment, talent acquisition, business partnering and L&D; to drive strategy-aligned people initiatives.

You will partner with the SLT to deliver HR strategies, ensure compliance, and foster a diverse, high-performing culture across the program while managing budgets and stakeholder relationships.
