Therole and you:

- Greeting, interactingand attending to customer's requirements;
- Preparing and servingalcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks;
- Foodservice for the restaurant, bar and functions;
- Rotatingand restocking bar with beer, wine,



liquor and related suppliessuch as ice, glassware, napkins etc;
- Assisting with unloadingstock delivery;
- Preparingfridge/storeroom for stock;
- Maintaining cashregister while receiving payments from customers;
- Cashhandling and balancing;
- Maintaining thecleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas.
