The successful candidate will provide specialist technical support across Newcastle, Central Coast and Northern NSW. **What will you be doing?** * Providing technical support to the maintenance team by diagnosing and resolving complex equipment issues, while sharing technical knowledge across the business.* Performing first visits and assessments of new equipment when required by supervisors or sales teams.* Supporting the resolution of complex call-outs and technical issues by providing remote assistance and onsite support when required.* Enhancing the technical capability of Maintenance Technicians by identifying root causes and explaining effective solutions.* Ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with KONE policies and procedures, including health,
