Specializing in deluxe costumes that you won't find elsewhere including steampunk fashion, beautiful 1920's inspired outfits, burlesque corsets, superhero and anime characters, deluxe wigs, contact lenses and so much more! Our customer base is broad and we pride ourselves of providing outstanding customer service to to all different types of people both instore and online. Qualifications & experience
Previous fashion retail experience is required and online customer service is desirable
Knowledge on Pop-Culture such as Movies, Cosplay, Anime ect.
Experience in using Shopify and Australia Post is desirable
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of the team
Ability to work 4-5 days a week including some Saturdays.
Packing and labelling individual orders
Has excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Tasks & responsibilities
To provide customer service via email and online-chat.
Providing timely responses to our customers over a varied range of communication platforms (Email, Facebook, Instagram and LiveChat etc.)
Preparing and checking orders for dispatch
Providing our customers with product knowledge and educate them to ensure they select the most suitable product for them
Energy, enthusiasm and a positive 'can-do' attitude!
Adhere to all company policies and help process customer exchanges and returns
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment at our Perth CBD store and Balcatta Warehouse.Own or have regular access to a car will be desireable.
