Specialist Medical Receptionist- Dermatology- Casual

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, professional medical receptionist to join our great team. You will usually work 16-24 hours each week between 7am-5pm, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays (although next year the days may be Tuesdays and alternate Thursdays/Fridays), with occasional holiday and sick leave cover. Initially casual with real potential for permanent part-time in the future. We have a great team who really support each other and love coming to work. This is very important to us.

Key responsibilities

Answer calls and make patient bookings

Explain costs and billing to patients

Provide friendly quality care and service to patients

Prioritize workload and stay calm when busy

About you

Ability to take direction and ask questions when required





Ability to work in a team and independently

Strong communication and organisational skills

Be able to prioritize workload and stay calm when busy

Positive computer and technology skills

Previous medical reception or secretarial skills and experience is advantageous

Experience with Xestro medical software is advantageous
