About the role

You will be responsible for running full and partial residential discharge files across multiple states from instruction to settlement.

Your duties will include:

- Receiving discharge instructions
- Taking settlement bookings via phone
- Accepting PEXA invitations / bookings
- Responding to PEXA conversation
- Communicating with clients, borrowers, solicitors and other lenders
- Updating of internal workflow systems
- Obtaining lender payout figuresPrepare discharge instructions
- Preparing related documents




- Receipting of security packets and audit of contents.

About you

This role requires a professional, confident and highly organised person to take ownership of discharge mortgage files.

However, the most important thing we are looking for is willingness to support the team and a positive attitude.

In addition, our ideal candidates MUST have;

- Experience in a similar role with a working knowledge of Accepting Invitations and Responding to Conversations PEXA or
- Experience working in a customer focused, high volume processing role.
- Very high attention to detail.
- Robust problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
