Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Officer to support Alkira Secondary College in Cranbourne North. This hands-on role covers general maintenance, minor repairs, and contractor coordination to ensure a safe, well-presented workplace for students and staff.

You will perform grounds upkeep, basic handyman tasks, and administrative duties while working closely with school leadership and facilities teams. A Victorian driver’s license and mechanical/electrical qualifications are required.
