AC Hotel by Marriott Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead overnight operations for a brand-current hotel opening. You will supervise the Front Office team, coordinate with all departments, and ensure safety and service excellence after hours.

As a pre-opening leader, you will help establish procedures, train staff, and deliver seamless guest experiences from day one, upholding Marriott standards and a culture of excellence.
