AVAILABLE SHIFTS
Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As an LO Operator, you'll play an important role in ensuring orders are picked accurately and efficiently for both retail/commercial customers and direct-to-consumer deliveries.
Your duties will include:
- Operating LO order pickers safely and confidently
- Picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Stock replenishment and movement throughout the warehouse
- Working in a quick-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Meeting daily picking targets while maintaining accuracy
- Manual handling and general warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean, secure and organised work area
- Working alongside an experienced team in a contemporary distribution facility
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for experienced LO Operators who take pride in their work, have a great attitude and can hit the ground running!
To be considered, you MUST have:
- Current and valid LO High Risk Work Licence - ESSENTIAL
- Minimum 6 months' recent LO operating experience
- Confidence operating LO equipment and the ability to successfully pass a practical driving assessment
- Previous order picking and warehouse experience
- Experience working towards productivity and accuracy KPIs
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable transport and a strong attendance record
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Successful applicants must be willing and able to complete:
- National Police Check issued within the last 6 months, or be willing to obtain one
- Drug and Alcohol testing
- LO assessment
