Brisbane City DHL Express Regional Hub is seeking frontline Customer Service Agents to manage a high-volume inbound workload, handling bookings, tracking, and freight enquiries with a focus on service excellence.
Role is 38 hours/week, 6:00am–8:00pm, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month. Start date 26 October. Pay is $42.23/hr plus Super and a monthly bonus. Temporary with potential extension or permanent opportunities; NB: no annual leave for this position.
