The Langham Hotel Melbourne is currentlylookingfor apart-time GuestService Agents to join ourteam.

You will have the opportunity to work with theFrontOffice Team which consists of approximately 60 colleagues .This is an exciting opportunity foryou to grow your hotel skillsetin order to build a career with-in The Langham, shall you bedetermined and dedicated.

This positionis an integral part of a high performing hotelteam, and a key contributor to the hotel’s ongoing success.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide thehighest level of guest service throughout every interaction with our guests,(i.e. check in/out, enquiries, foreign currency exchange, night audit functionsand telephone switchboard operation).
- To have completeknowledge of all roomcategories and rates.
- To provideinformation on all facilities provided within the hotel complex; operatinghours, costs etc.
- To anticipateguest needs and handle guest enquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
- Take hotelreservations as required outside the Reservations department operating hours.

For this role, your attributes will be inclusive of the following:

- Being able toengage and build rapport with ourguests to deliver personalised serviceand identifyindividual guestpreferences
- Excellentpresentation,



communication and people skills combined with a polite, efficientand friendly disposition.
- Must have aminimum of 1 year previous experience within a 5 star Front Office environment.
- A high level ofnumeracy, literacy and problem solving skills.
- Availability towork a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
