atWork Australia is seeking a BI Analyst to support growing reporting and analytics needs. Reporting to the Manager, BI and Finance, you will help migrate assets from SQL Server to Databricks, design robust data models, and develop Power BI dashboards while improving usability and governance.

You will write SQL, build DAX measures, work with stakeholders to capture requirements, and drive continuous improvement across reporting and data management in a fast-paced, purpose-driven setting.
