About the Role

You will role model sales and service excellence, supporting the team to achieve results the Milligram way. You will be responsible for:

Providing leadership support to the Store Manager, running the store on designated days (roster Sunday-Thursday, incl. evenings and public holidays).

Supporting the team to achieve store KPI’s and sales budgets.





Delivery of exceptional personal sales results.

Assisting with inventory management and shrinkage control.

Applying high standards of organisation and communication to ensure your team has a clear understanding of product and business expectations.

The person we're looking for

You don't need to be a stationery expert. You do need to be curious.

You'll be a natural people leader who knows how to create energy, bring people together and make a team feel like a team.

You'll love being on the shop floor, have strong commercial instincts and care about the little details that make a customer experience memorable.

Most importantly, you'll want to build something , not simply run a store.
