Cerebral Palsy Alliance is hiring a Disability Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred care in our Beacon Hill SIL group home. This permanent part time role covers morning, day, evening and awake night shifts, supporting clients to live as independently as possible with dignity and choice.
You'll work with a dedicated team, assist with daily activities, personal care and documentation, and ensure safety and wellbeing for residents across rotating shifts in a residential setting.
