Mario Brothers Pizza & Pasta is looking for an experienced, reliable and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team. We're seeking someone who knows their way around a busy kitchen, takes pride in preparing quality pasta dishes and can help keep our kitchen running smoothly during service.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and cook pasta dishes to a consistently high standard.
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen.
Ensure food quality, presentation and consistency.
Work efficiently during service and support the wider kitchen team.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
About you
Minimum 2 years' experience in a pasta chef or similar kitchen role.
Confident preparing and cooking pasta dishes.
Quick, organised and reliable, with a robust work ethic.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Available to work Tuesday to Saturday, 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
