We are currently seeking passionate and positive individuals to join us as Full-Time Sale Associates at our Rouse-Hill location. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys retail, has a passion for customer service and is motivated to achieve sales targets. Experience in perfume or fragrance retail is preferred.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
- Build strong customer relationships and recommend products based on customer preferences.
- Assist customers with fragrance selection and provide product knowledge.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain excellent store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management and daily store operations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals.
- Follow company policies and operational standards.

About you

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred.




- Experience in perfume or fragrance retail is highly desirable.
- A genuine interest in fragrances and a willingness to develop product knowledge.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, sales-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets.
- Well-presented, reliable and professional.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
