NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking experienced All-Rounder Couples for a casual role at Pumphouse Point, a remote lakeside retreat. You’ll work across guest services, reservations, housekeeping and food and beverage, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic team workplace.

Prior guest service experience and familiarity with booking systems (Newbook, RoomMaster, Opera or similar) are required, along with a valid RSA and Food Safety certificates.
