Join the team at BATHURST MOTOR GROUP as a Service Advisor. This full-time role is based in Bathurst NSW 2795 and is an integral part of our Automotive Trades team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the service delivery process for our valued clients.

Experience is preferred but not essential.

Key responsibilities

- Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service requirements
- Providing accurate estimates and timelines for service work
- Effectively communicating with customers throughout the service process
- Liaising with the workshop team to ensure efficient service delivery
- Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintaining detailed records of all service jobs
- Promoting additional services and products to customers
