Customer Service & Warehouse Coordinator

Driveline Services Australia is seeking a motivated Customer Service & Warehouse Coordinator to join our branch in Townsville, with an immediate start available. In this role, you will play an integral part in our daily operations, supporting customers and stock management activities. This is a hands‑on, rapid‑paced role suited to someone mechanically minded, organised and great with people.

About the Role

Driveline Services Australia is seeking a motivated Customer Service & Warehouse Coordinator to join our branch in Townsville, with an immediate start available. In this role, you will play an integral part in our daily operations, supporting customers and stock management activities. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role suited to someone mechanically minded, organised and great with people.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll provide frontline customer service while supporting sales and warehouse functions. Daily tasks include:

- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Processing orders, invoicing, warranties and returns
- Warehousing - ordering, receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
- Maintaining accurate stock control and assisting with stock takes
- Providing product, technical and general support
- Supporting workshop job flow and invoicing completed work
- Upholding safety, cleanliness and company standards across all areas

About You





- Strong customer service skills and clear communication
- Solid warehousing and system admin skills
- Ability to manage sales and related tasks
- High attention to detail, organised and self‑motivated
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Happy to perform office and warehouse duties, including some heavy lifting
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in powertrain components a bonus
- Ability to interpret technical information and part numbers
- Current Australian driver’s licence (essential)
- Forklift licence (advantageous)
- Full Australian work rights
