Universal Store is seeking a driven retail leader to step into a Full time Assistant Store Manager role in Melbourne. This position mirrors Store Manager responsibilities and offers growth into store leadership.

The successful candidate will work a Sunday–Thursday roster and lead the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will drive sales, coach staff, manage stock and VM directives, and contribute to a positive, high-performance store culture.
