Ingenia Communities Group is seeking a Casual Guest Experience Officer to join our Phillip Island Holidays site. You will be the welcoming face of the park, assisting guests with check-in/out and sharing local tips.
You’ll convert walk-in bookings, upsell suitable products, coordinate budgeted activities, and help keep the park protected and well-presented. A background in hospitality, ability to use booking systems like Newbook, and a people-first attitude are valued.
