Illawarra Toyota is looking for a motivated and reliable Pre-Delivery Team Member to join our busy Pre-Delivery department.

This is a hands‑on role responsible for helping ensure our new vehicles are received, prepared and delivered to our customers to the highest possible standard.

About the Role

Working as part of our Pre-Delivery team, your key responsibilities will include:

- Checking in and receiving all new vehicle stock arrivals
- Completing quality control checks on all new vehicles prior to customer delivery
- Ensuring vehicles are presented to the required Illawarra Toyota and Toyota standards
- Assisting the detailing team when required
- Helping coordinate the booking and preparation of retail and fleet new vehicle deliveries
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery on time
- Identifying and reporting any quality or presentation issues before vehicles reach the customer
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional vehicle delivery area
- Supporting the wider Pre-Delivery team with day-to-day operations

About You





We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous vehicle detailing or automotive experience – preferred, but not essential
- Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in their work
- Is organised and able to manage multiple vehicles and priorities
- Has excellent communication skills and works well as part of a team
- Is reliable, punctual and takes ownership of their responsibilities
- Has a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Holds a current driver's licence
- Is comfortable working in a fast‑paced automotive environment
