BARISTA RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing amazing customer service

Creating high-quality coffees and beverages to Zarraffa's brand standards

Preparing and serving food items in line with brand standards

Contributing to a rapid-paced and positive team environment

Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the store

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing support and guidance to the team

Maintaining product and service quality

Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness

Maintaining accurate business records and compliance with policies and procedures

Creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers

Leading by example and directing teams in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards

Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork

Seven-day flexibility is required, including weekends, early morning opens and late-night closes. Minimum of 12 months' recent barista experience is preferred.

Zarraffa’s (pronounced Za-raff-as) comes from the Arabic word ‘Zarafa‘ which means ‘Giraffe’ and the Masai Giraffe typically inhabits the savannahs of Kenya and Ethiopia, the origin of coffee.

From a single store in Southport on the Gold Coast, the Zarraffa’s Coffee business has evolved into an award-winning enterprise, now serving customers in close to 90 locations across Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and New South Wales.
