Armstrong Flow Control is seeking a motivated Workshop & Inventory Assistant to support our busy Flow Control and PiPress workshop and warehouse operations. Based at our Capalaba facility, you’ll play a key role in ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time, while supporting the workshop with day-to-day repairs and servicing of parts and equipment.

What You’ll Do

- Mechanical aptitude and confidence using basic hand tools.
- Assisting tradespeople with mechanical repairs, maintenance and servicing.
- Preparing tools, parts and equipment.
- General workshop duties and housekeeping.
- Receive and dispatch goods in line with company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse with correct bin locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders to meet expectations.
- Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading deliveries.
- Record stock movements in Cin7 and freight systems.
- Conduct stock takes and support account management tasks.




- Collaborate with the team to deliver tasks efficiently and on schedule.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and stock counts.
- Ability to prioritise workflow in a changing environment.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
