The OE Agency is hiring an experienced family law paralegal to work directly with the Principal of a growing regional Victorian firm in Mildura. You will run her files, manage intake, and ensure work is fully prepared for meetings and filings.

This is not a training role; you will already know family law, how matters move, and be ready to own the files. Expect 3+ years of relevant experience and a transparent path to senior support roles.
