Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to a consistent standard
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and coffee equipment
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
- Take customer orders and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented coffee station
- Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking as required
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards
- Work effectively as part of a fast-paced restaurant team
About you:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Previous barista experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of espresso coffee preparation and milk texturing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fast learner
