Position Available: 1About the RoleGround Pro Site Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious Truck Driver to join our team on a casual basis across various construction and civil works sites in Adelaide.Our work is dependent on contracted projects, so work availability may fluctuate. There may be periods when no shifts are available. Applicants must be comfortable with flexible work arrangements and willing to undertake general site duties when truck-driving work is not required.Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate the company truck and transport materials, equipment and other items to and from various job sites.
- Assist with loading, unloading and securing materials in accordance with safety requirements.
- Work alongside the excavator operator and labourer to support daily site operations.
- Assist the labourer with general labouring duties when truck driving is not required or when no truck-driving work is scheduled.
- Assist the excavator operator and labourer with other reasonable site duties as directed.
- Maintain the truck in a clean, safe and roadworthy condition and report any faults or maintenance issues.
- Follow site safety procedures, directions and relevant workplace requirements.
- Travel to different job locations throughout metropolitan Adelaide and surrounding areas as required.

Essential Requirements

- A current and valid Heavy Vehicle Driver Licence appropriate for the truck being operated.
- A current White Card (Construction Induction Card).
- A good understanding of road safety and construction site safety.
- A reliable, punctual and responsible attitude.
- Willingness to perform both truck-driving and general labouring duties.




- Ability to work outdoors and cooperate with the site team.
- Flexibility to work at different locations depending on contracted work availability.

Previous experience in construction, civil works, truck driving or excavation-related work will be highly regarded.Pay RateMinimum casual rate: $33.59 per hour, based on Transport Worker Grade 1 under the Road Transport and Distribution Award 2020, subject to confirmation that this award and classification apply to the position.The applicable award classification, overtime, weekend and public holiday penalties, allowances and other entitlements will be determined in accordance with the relevant industrial instrument and the work performed. Superannuation will be paid as required by law.Key Casual Employment ConditionsThis position is offered on a casual basis. Regular hours and ongoing work are not guaranteed.Ground Pro Site Solutions Pty Ltd relies on contracted work, and work availability depends on the projects secured by the business.
