About the role

Join the team at Michaels Moama as a full-time Parts Interpreter, based in our Moama, NSW location. In this critical role, you will be responsible for interpreting and processing customer orders, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of parts and supplies to our valued clients within the manufacturing, transport and agricultural industries.

Key responsibilities

- Interpret customer orders and specifications to identify the appropriate parts and inventory required
- Process orders in our systems, coordinate with the warehouse team to pick, pack and dispatch items
- Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and offering product recommendations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, flagging any discrepancies or supply issues
- Support the broader logistics and distribution functions as needed

About you

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a parts interpretation or customer service role, ideally within the warehousing, storage and distribution industry




- Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly identify the right parts and supplies
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills to ensure order accuracy
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with customers
- Competent in using inventory management and order processing systems
- A team player who is adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced workplace

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38.0 per week
