Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:00 pm, with Fridays as required

About the Role

RRC Australia is seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse Labourer for our client, a leading specialist in steel packaging manufacturing based in Truganina.

This role will involve moving and organising stock, transferring materials into newly assembled racking and assisting with general warehouse and labouring duties as required.

The successful candidate will be safety-focused, physically capable and happy to get hands-on to help keep the warehouse clean, organised and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating a forklift to move and position stock safely.
- Cleaning and organising new stock before placing it into racking.
- Removing stock from existing racking and transferring it into recent racking once assembled.
- Assisting with warehouse reorganisation and stock relocation.
- Performing general labouring duties as required.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures.

Skills and Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:





- A current and valid forklift licence.
- A current driver's licence and your own reliable transport.
- Previous forklift operating experience.
- The ability to perform manual handling and general labouring duties.
- A strong work ethic and a reliable, punctual approach to work.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to successfully pass pre-employment checks, including drug and alcohol screening and functional assessments.
