Hello Sailor is looking for a passionate barista who loves great coffee, genuine customer service, and the hospitality industry.

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to grow with our ever-expanding group, now with 10 locations across Melbourne.

What we’re looking for:

- 1–2 years of barista/coffee experience
- Confident working independently on the coffee machine during busy periods
- Passionate about coffee and delivering excellent customer service
- Positive, energetic, and reliable
- A genuine interest in growing within the hospitality industry
- Basic latte art

Availability required:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday (Adaptable for the right candidate)
