Pearl Home Care Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Scheduler to ensure the right support worker attends the right home at the right time. You will build weekly rosters, handle sick calls and urgent requests, and align worker skills with client needs across the Gold Coast region.
You will manage communication with clients and workers, maintain roster accuracy, and follow award rules. Part time is preferred, with full-time also considered; a supportive team and full training are provided.
